Room In The Inn expanded their 2nd floor education space and introduced community and wellness spaces . Creating larger open spaces that benefit residents, transitional housing guest and participants daily. Included is a fully functional kitchen , occupational therapy spaces , job skills and educational programming spaces. Total renovations were 18,000 sf.

Crossroads Campus Pets
Nashville, TN

Crossroads Campus Pets opened up their second in The Arts district in Nashville. The new building provides goods and services for the neighbors while furthering their mission to help young people build sustainable futures through job training, employment, affordable housing and support services. This nonprofit pet adoption and pet supply business offers pet retail products, pet adoptions, professional grooming and dog self-wash. It also works with area nonprofits to help young people find housing, using pets as a healing influence. There are 22 units of affordable housing, classroom space for career readiness and life skills training, and a humane education center. The design team provided interior design services, branding, signage, graphics design , office, and installation services.

The Bernard Building
Nashville, TN

The 20,000 sf three story building was designed with retail/coffee space on lower level and offices on second and third levels with green outdoor space overlooking upcoming area named “ The Arts District”. Street entry as well as entry from rear parking gives access into building.
